LOCATION
This quite magnificent Capitainerie occupies a dominant position in a very pretty village in the département of the Lot.  There are magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.

DESCRIPTION
The property formed an important XIVth century stronghold, one of the buildings owned by the Château, and housed members of the King's army - thus its title La Capitainerie.  It is in immaculate condition, a real gem.  The property consists of the house, a stone bread oven, almost overhanging the valley, a vegetable patch and a landscaped garden.
